Advice and Information for Patients During: COVID-19

In order to protect patients, staff and healthcare professional and practice effective social distancing, we have introduced new arrangements for clinic appointments. Please read carefully the instructions below:

 If you are self-isolating, showing symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has been in contact with/showing COVID-19 symptoms please DO NOT attend clinic. Please call us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

At this time and to ensure we are COVID-secure, Goodall Healthcare Group requires all patients to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering prior to entering the clinic. Masks can be purchased from us at a cost of £1.

Before entering the clinic room a procedure must be carried out to assess the health status of the patient in case they are symptomatic. We may use equipment, such as, an infrared thermometer, an oximeter and/or a blood pressure cuff to determine a patients’ health status.

Please follow the instruction on your appointment confirmation emails regarding companions and arrival times.
